Selecting individual horses not a preset number

Hi guys, I am new here so please don't scream if what I am asking sounds stupid.

So I am trying to create an automated horse racing bot where I can pre select the horses I want to apply to rule to but in guardian it seems to only allow me to only select, row 1, or order or favouritism. There is an option for ANY selection but not sure this is what I am looking for or how that works.

The rule will remain exactly the same for every race but cant seem to figure out how to apply it to the horses I want, generally the horse wont be in top 3 in the betting.

As well as being able to select row 1 etc, you can also choose up to two 'nominated' selections and pick the specific horses you want on the main Guardian grid.
