simple noob question

if I set a green up rule (either for profit or stop loss) say for ex. 1sec. in play to 10 min. in play, does it start greening at 1 sec. in play or will it green sometime w/i the 10 min window of 1sec-10 min.? thanks for any help

It starts at 1s and triggers at the refresh frequency as many times as you have told it to trigger.
Triggering at a random time between 1s and 10m wouldn't be much use to anyone.
