Help with an automation file please.

Hi, please bare with me while I try my best to explain what I am struggling to do.. Automation is something I feel would benefit me massively, to take away emotion while "attempting" to trade.

My idea is as follows,

My personal preference for placing any trade is a lay bet, I like to focus on a horse that has been layed for example from 5's out to 9's, this through out the morning.
The ideal file would be able to find these (probably best within the 10 mins before the race) and then wait for the odds to come back to a point of support and then place a lay bet greening up at the previous point of resistance. It would be great if I could put a stop below my entry point too.

Please help me, as automation is Alien to me, I feel like i'm staring at my screen with this in mind but have no clue where to begin.
