Lay the draw help please

Hi,
New to bet angel so bear with me.
Is it possible to set up a rule/condition whereby i can lay the draw pre event but only if the over 2.5 goals odds are 2 or above?.Because this involves using 2 different markets match odds and over and under,unsure whether this could be done.
