Simple Auto Help Please

Hiya All

I am trying to create a rule to check that either the 2nd or 3rd fav havnt shortened n price over the last 30 seconds say

I am using the Historic relative odds but just arnt sure of the greater than less than plus minus etc

So to check if one has not shortened bby more than 2 ticks over the last 30 seconds will it be

Nominated No 2 Fav Price now is greater than price 30 seconds ago minus 2 ticks

Hopefully simple question for someone
