Using fill or kill bet time condition

Hello all,

I am currently working on an automation file with multiple one tick offsets.

As there are more than one fill or kill bet active on the selection in the market I'm not sure whether putting say a 'greater than 3 second' time condition to prevent double bets being placed would work.

If there are other fill or kill bets still active at other prices in the market would this make this condition useless?

Or would it still work on each time a fill or kill bet is activated?
