Horse racing bot help please

Hi,

I'm trying to back a horse per-off at 5 mins before the start. I'd like to ask for a price 2 ticks above the current price at 5m 30sec. Hopefully it gets matched, but if not, or only part matched, I want the rest to be matched at the current price at 5 mins.

Is there anyway that this can be achieved.
