Multiple instances of Automation conflicting ?

Hi,
Is there any way to stop multiple versions of Bet Angel conflicting when greening up ? For example, I want to do the following :
1. Lay the Home team at the start and green up when the home team hits a certain price
2. Lay the draw at the start and green up when the draw price hits a certain price.

Can I do this using one automation file ? It seems to conflict when greening up on each one ? If I run it on 2 Bet Angel versions, i.e one automation file for the home team on one, and the draw one on the other version the greening up seems to cause conflict ?

Is there any way around this ?

Use two 'Close trade on selection with greening' rules and apply one to Betfair row 1 and the other to Betfair row 3
