Alert( Play Sound Alert / Show Message)

Hi!
Is there a way in the Rule Type "Alert( Play Sound Alert / Show Message)" to show the value of a Signal or Stored Value in the Message you display?
Example: When the rule is triggered it should show a message like "Signal ABC is at a value of X"
