Look at the 'Advanced Settings' in your Guardian.
Check if you have restricted the refresh - if you have you can choose to either remove the restriction, or you could extend the period to cover small delays.

I understand. I don't think so - unmatched bets are given this prominence so that you can modify or cancel them quickly.
If you want to see your matched bets there is a tab specifically for them that you can open and have in a separate window if you wish.
Plus you can always resize it, put it where you want it and save the view/layout as with most things in BA
