Choose Markets automatically

Hello Guys,

Please tell me how to choose Markets automatically or using Excel file? That is, to select a certain type of races on the Markets, for example: 6f Stks is selected (displayed), and 6F Hcap - is not selected (will not be displayed) automatically.
