"Switch to" rule

Let's assume there is just one instance of BA running, latest version.
What happens, if there is a rule "Switch to" used with the condition - the market is in play and there are 3 markets in play at the same time. If the refresh rate in the main window is set to 20ms do I have 20ms for each market on rather 60ms?
