Just when I think i have grasped guardian somewhat, the simplest of things fail to trigger.
I have rule name: Back bet
Rule type: place back bet
Trigger at: event start time
times are 00.00.10 before event start
and 00.03.30 after event start (incase the event is late starting)
trigger 1 time, wait 5 seconds
Any ideas? All I want is the back bet to be placed 10 seconds before the start time and armed incase the event is running late, feel like i'm having a DOH! moment.
Backbet not being fired in pre-event start

Another obvious DOH thing to check is have you actually chosen a selection? (last field in first tab)
As per my first reply if you not using any conditions the only thing that can stop is the market not being refreshed.
Have you tried applying it to a market then opening that market on your main trading screen ie, the ladder and watching it there?
