Checkpoint Matched Bets

Don't suppose anyone could shed some light on an issue I've got. I've got a number of rules that I want reset after either the stop loss or offset has hit. The checkpoint matched bets rule just seems to fire off all 8 times right at the start regardless of whether anything has been matched or not, see below. Any ideas on how to only get this rule to fire once a bet has been matched?

The problem is, lay bet (a) has a 4 tick offset with 5 tick stop, lay bet (b) a 2 tick offset with 5 tick stop, if lay bet (a) hits it's offset then lay bet (b) is cancelled. I then want the reset condition to fire, not just when (x) amount of bets have been matched.
