Practice Mode Error?

I was using practice mode for an in play scalping bot and it is designed to offset the back bet by 20 ticks. However, once trying this, there was a particular race where one of the horses had a back bet unmatched at 1.71 but the lay bet was taken at 1.51. Would this happen in live markets as the automation is told to "take best available price" for the back bet.

Both back and lay bets are placed at the same time if 'fill or kill' isn't ticked. Sounds like horse steamed and lay matched but back wasn't.

If fill or kill is ticked then offset will only be placed after back bet has matched.
