Would it be possible to automate the following?

Hi all,

Am a newbie to this. So was looking for some input as to whether the following would be possible to automate?

Criteria are as follows:
Looking to bet split stake on there being another goal in between the 60th-75th minute if the favourite is a goal behind or drawing. Looking to place bets at 1.75 and 2.00 odds.
The favourite (team drawing or behind at half time) must have started the match at odds of 2.10 or less.
Looking for the team that is drawing or ahead to be odds of 1.4-2.5 at half time.

Wanted to try to get an idea of how easy this would be to implement from some more experienced users prior to investing in a license and the time for programming.
