Signal when market suspends?

Is there any way to set a signal when market suspends? I want to set a signal for suspended or markets where the winner is announced by Betfair. For instance, there are two cricket matches, one at 12 AM another at 2 AM, I want to place bets on second match only when the market for first is suspended. This would help me in many ways;

1. Effectively use the available balance.
2. In case the market is settled early and the winner is announced, the system can jump to another market and start triggering the rules.
3. In markets like football, it can be used to trigger rules on 4.5 goals under over, only when 2 goals have been scored and 1.5 under over goals markets have been settled.
