Betdaq: No silks or draw displayed

Hello, I have just downloaded the latest version of Bet Angel for Betdaq. When I load a horse race no silks or draw are displayed although the headers are displayed for each. Even the horse numbers are out of line and are coupled with the horses name. Is this normal or is it an API issue.

It's usually an API issue, but depending on what's missing it could sometimes be you AV blocking it being downloaded.
Is it happening on every market every day?

Tried other software and the Silks,Draw and Numbers all loaded as normal.

They broke the hosting of the silks when they first integrated the sportsbook into the exchange.
We'll have another look at it sometime to see if anything has changed.
