Greening up for precentage

I know how to set greening when the profit is over a certain dollar value but how do I set it up to take the profit / loss is a certain percentage of the original stake ?
I could go and do it manually but want it to do it automatically
Yes I know that there are variables such as the actual price which will make some percentages easier to get the others
