You could store a value at the start of the period and the end of the period and see whether it has changed (you could probably use net stake, or balance, or something else, depending what you want)

You could also set a signal with a ‘matched bets on the market’ condition for the time period required. Then in your green up rule have a condition ‘signal not set’
