auto close stop loss

I am setting up some pre match trades on over/unders with a stoploss. I note the auto close being submitted but then it must cancel at some stage. Can anyone please explain when it cancels. why and can the time be extended to avoid losses? Thanks

All unmatched bets are cancelled at the start of a football match. Is that the information you were looking for?

thanks for reply, but no, these are cancelling pre KO.

If you are offsetting with a stop loss then you are probably using fill or kill and it may be that the time delay is expiring before the match starts. 3600 seconds is one hour, so you need to set that delay to be at least equal to when the match starts.
