Hi,
I have created a simple automation rule for horse scalping using the basic instructions from Bet angel TV.

However I have notice if the price drifts out your losses continue to grow. I tried the stop loss function but it seems to screw up the whole automation process.

How can this be resolved.

Many Thanks

More details needed. From what you have said so far it could be anything frankly from volatile prices to incorrectly setting the automation.

There is one video on there where there is no limit on the number of bets placed. I would suggest introducing a rule to limit the number of open positions you have at any one point and only putting a new one in when the previous position is closed. That should help.

Tell us what video you were looking at and that may help.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
My back bet is placed e.g 2.
Then A lay bet 1 tick below the back price 1.99.
If it drifts I have a 3 tick stop loss 2.03.
The stop loss kicks in but the original lay price of
1.99 stays in play.
How can I get the original lay bet to cancel as soon as I hit a stop loss.

Hope this helps

Thanks
Craig

Are you using 'offset with stop' to trigger the stop?

This should modify the umatched bet to the close price. It doesn't place a new bet.

So there is something in the way you have constructed the rule.

Check the rule.
