bet persistance for IF statements

I asume this is a macro related problem and i dont know how to fix.

Lets say if AF:10=8 I will fire a bet in with this command =IF(A8=8,"LAY OFFSET:1 FILL_KILL:TRUE KILL_DELAY:10 STOP:5","").

The question is how do i get the bet to persist even if AF:10 does not = 8?

cause the problem is that the fill_kill wont stay there unless AF:10 = 8?
