Don't get your hopes up - I think the 6.1.1 patch is just to fix 3g connection problems introduced in 6.1 (although, maybe that is related to battery consumption?)
Interestingly, there are two 6.1.1 OS's. The one for download now, and the 'other one', which fixes other bugs (Mapping problems in Japan etc.) Thank god Apple exercise version control on their patches....
