I believe sleep is overlooked by a lot of people but it is the most important part of life. I think there would be strong correlation between good sleep and good performance in the markets

Hi Wobbler
I haven't seen that but I would agree with that statement. My own research has shown how it leads to a poor hormonal cycle with cortisol levels wreaking havoc.
