New Beta - 1.28.0. Now includes Practice Mode

We are pleased to announce the release of a new beta version of Bet Angel Professional with a major new feature.

For some time we have received many requests for a training mode. So in response to continued customer demand we have implemented a fantastic new practice mode.

Successfully implementing a practice mode in a product with the depth of Bet Angel is quite a task, so hats off to the development team who have done an excellent job.

The biggest benefit of the new practice mode is the ability to experiment and learn how to use all the features of Bet Angel with no risk to your bank. This includes all the standard trading features but also all the advanced features as well, including the spreadsheet functionality.

Please be aware that we have until now resisted implementing a practice mode, as we are conscious that simulating the market can give a very false impression and false sense of security of how the markets behave. We would like to re-iterate that stance.

All markets are affected by all bets placed into it. With practice mode, there are no bets placed into the market and the market is not affected. It’s a bit like driving a car in a racing car simulation like the Colin McRae Rally series. You may be able to win race after race in the simulation but you would highly unlikely to replicate this success if you step into a real rally car. Treat any simulation the same!
