May's exit date still on 1.8 odds for between now and december... i think that's pretty generous odds tbh: https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/p ... .125589838

nice one - got a feeling about this one slipping further. that said, whoda thunk the whole brexit thing was gonna win back in 2016. literally, anything can happen here... lots of opportunity.

not looking too good for May: from the bbc:

Vote on Theresa May's future 'almost inevitable'
BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg tweets about news that the European Research Group of Tory MPs have decided to submit letters calling for a confidence vote in Theresa May's position as Conservative Party leader. (48 letters trigger the contest)

oh well...

I don't know any deal that would get through parliament TBH.

The left will vote down any deal because they want power at any cost, the SNP wants to get out of a union only to join another one, the right wants a complete break and no deal but the populace was split and didn't really know what they wanted.

Sounds like a lose, lose. Can't see any way to get a majority.

she's getting desperate: Michael Gove offered Brexit Secretary role!!

she knows if she doesn't take him out, she's done... wonder if he'll refuse, that then would lead to an inevitable leadership challenge (especially if those no confidence letters keep pouring in !)

I think the phrase is “Deadman walking”.

Put your money on no deal and WTO rules.

The UK should not be told what todo by 2 countries who we have had the most wars with. That’s why many voted to leave in the first place.

If the decision is somehow overturned then they better start building prisons ASAP.

Just 1% of 17 million is allot of pissed of people who could potentially do allot of harm.

that 1% would need someone to unite them and lead them not with words but action; none of the main players seem to me to have to the charisma let alone the bottle to lead from the front and break the law.
