Slow ODDS refresh on Aussie horse races. (in-play)

Why are odds on Australian horse races being refreshed roughly every 15 secs !?
If I lived in Australia using british Betfair would it be the same ?

I traded it overnight and didn't see anything unusual. If there is race you can see now I can have a look.

I forgot to add "in-play". Every Aussie race on Betfair has the same problem 4 some reason as far as I can tell. British races are fine in-play. The only problem are American and Australian races. American are actually not a problem coz I can watch a video stream on Betfair for free.

If I lived in Australia would I have the same problems with British races ?

I think you are seeing lack of liquidity rather than a refresh issue.

Hmmmm...maybe.
In case of American races the odds disappear completely during race and some of them appear randomly from time to time in-play...but not all of them at the same time.
