Do you look for mean reversion or trends when trading horse racing?

When trading pre off horse racing do you prefer to trade trends (go with the market) , or mean reversion ( look for the right time to oppose the market)?

Amongst other things i wait on the edge of the traded band and wait for the money to come to me to be down in the queue and hopefully catch the downword trend
