I'm glad somebody enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed watching Enable swing round the home turn and up the straight - what a mare!
Unfortunately, that was the limit of my enjoyment.

It's a long standing rights issue with tracks in certain parts of America. Some are vehemently opposed to the exchange model as they believe it to be a threat to their tote pools. When you can back a winner on Betfair at 4/5 that goes off 1/5 over there with their huge take outs you can see why they worry. Not that I would think it would make a jot of difference personally. Your average Billy Bob betting on track probably wouldn't even know what exchanges were let alone how to use them, assuming they were even in a state that they were allowed to.
As a major American player it's very frustrating for me scrabbling around at the likes of Mountaineer and Turf Paradise when there is so much better racing at the likes of Santa Anita and Gulfstream but there's no sign of this situation changing any time soon.
Thankfully the Breeders Cup is exempt so we do get it on Betfair. Shame the same can't be said for the Kentucky Derby, Preakness etc...
Hope this helps to clarify things?
Thanks Bear. Crystal clear.
I wasnt aware that the US rights were controlled to that degree and I had just assumed that there was a glitch in markets being loaded into Betfair so your explanation helps a lot.
