Hi All,

New forum member here.

I am working on an Automation Rule on the early race leader.

Ideally looking for a free service that provides good predictions or would consider a paid service if the predictions are more accurate.

This is free, but not sure how good it is as I don't use it.

I'd imagine if you want a long term edge you should develop your own ideas and data collection as it's likely most free services don't deliver that much value in the long run.

If you go onto Racing TV's site and navigate to their cards, they have a pace map on there. You could also read the in running comments on the Racing Post and build your own pace maps.

Obviously a pace map isn't a guarantee of what is going to happen; a jockey may have been given instructions to change the running style, so having 'eyes on' is the best bet.

In the shorter races on the flat, you might want to adjust your stake size as well - no point in risking too much on what you think might be a front runner and it either has a change of plan or fudges the start.

Similar to racingtv, aththeraces also has a 'pace' tab on their racecards.

There is a timeform comment on the Betfair website too, which sometimes mentions particular horses that have led previously.

Of those two, the racingtv pace maps are better, based on results I've had for IP trading.

One tip is, focus on the tracks where the draw is an advantage. Similar to greyhound racing, but that's another story...

Also the website Euler mentioned at the top of thread.

Their information, combined with the Racingtv, can give you extra support.

This is funny :)) At 19:00 at Kempton, Corazon Espinado is a front-runner on winningwarlock site, attherace give a pace rating of 7 and on racingtv is a mid-division..But..Mehmento-front-runner(racingtv),pace rating 10(attherace),Marshal Dan-prominent(racingtv),pace rating 9(attherace) and Bellosa-prominent(racingtv),pace rating 9(attherace)..On winningwarlock, nothing for Mehmento and Bellosa and only for Marshal an orange bar(mid-pack) and a bow .On hedgerpro, those 3 are a front-runners/prominent
