just cost me a small fortune.... any ideas as to what might have caused this? tried to cancel bets inplay, this is the log

Understand, but is there any way to pinpoint the reason other than contacting Betfair? The log picked up I was canceling.. screen froze and roughly 3 seconds later red appeared. I’m sure Betfair will just tell me the bet was matched

That message 'An error occurred while cancelling bets: The entire order has been rejected.' will be sent by Betfair when you try to cancel a group of bets that have already been matched or are in the process of being matched.

Thanks for replies.. I'm using BetAngel and those lines were from the log.
Dallas I agree but I'm sure it would usually say something along the lines of "Unable to cancel order as fully matched"... or if partially matched, then it states how much was filled...
I'm started to think maybe my internet dropped out for a second as I hit cancel? So it was registered in the log but didn't immediately get sent to Betfair?.... I'm guessing there's no way to tell? Now I'm a bit worried about it happening again.

Seen that error more than a few times when running bots and they always cost money 
..usually because the bet is not detected as matched when it is filled..from what I could work out BA records the bet as not matched when Betfair has it as matched and your rules will be looking for matched bet conditions..boom down you go..at least that was my analysis of it 
It happens enough to be concern so you have to put protections in place...like (one option) check if your profit/red is dropping fast and green all..that sort of thing...
