That is an unusual April Fool in that it's not outlandish or bizarre and could well turn out to be true.

Racing may not take place this quarter but there's no chance of such an announcement from the BHB at this stage. I thought the rest of the year would be too far fetched and my idea of racing being replaced with virtual racing with antepost bets standing fell by the wayside.
