A remarkable chart showing that this horse MUST be backed at 5/1 in running, despite being ridden out the back by Spencer. Also interesting was the market's refusal to let it trade below 5/1 prior to the race.

Looks as though it was heavily laid at 6 pre-race and heavily backed at 5.8 in-running.

Kestral Prince was the winner.

They were laid by people with pretty poor race-reading skills. Both were in rear but the winner was never really struggling. Showmethegin was off the bridle early but still didn't warrant trading at 1000.

It looks as though Showmethegin traded 1000 pre-race, BSP 100.
