It all depends on what price your order is and how the horse does.

If you have £200 back bet somewhere in the teens and the horse is comprehensively beaten (or looks well beaten at some stage) you can be guaranteed that it will all be taken if you don't cancel it. It only won't be taken if the horse is close enough at the finish to have some chance.

If you lay the horse at 3 and it goes close you can again be virtually certain it will be taken - it won't be taken if the horse never looks like having a 2/1 at any stage of the race.

It's not often that somebody takes just the right amount of a bet to give you a green book, before the market moves away, but it happened in the last at Warwick. :D

I've had quite a good afternoon, did well at Lingers but struggled a bit on the jumps courses.

I've never understood why people carry on laying at the same price when a non-runner is pulled out of the market, but long may it continue. :D

If you have a question about automation you're better off starting a new topic and then more people will notice your question.

Yeah good point Dallas! Looking like it's going to be a white out doesn't it.

I did OK today.. but poor liquidity as mentioned. Threw away a couple of strong positions which was frustrating.. Hurry up March!
