Yes and no, you can see the sp bets with the api, I do it myself and I think OS might even show it.
BUT (and it's a Kardashian sized but) it's of very limited use, perhaps even no use, because of the other factors which affect the derivation of SP.
As a rule of thumb you can't go far wrong with estimating BSP as being the current mid price.
For me anyway, the SP data in the api is a great example of the difference between data and information.
