It's tough economic times out there for your average working class man, and ever greater competition for their disposable leisure income if they have any. Turnover won't improve until wages do and people have money to burn again.

Maybe it's because alot of punters like me have worked out that this is one huge con trick... designed to relieve you of your hard earned.... taken me nearly 10 years to relise this is all smoke and mirrors.. put your money into something real.. and long term your profit.....and live longer.....

may have to give up trading weekends, just too much going on around me especially on Saturday’s, so frustrating, getting so hacked off with getting disturbed

In laws used to visit everyday Saturday. It came to a point not so long ago had to have a serious talk. Wasn’t easy to do but they got the message.

If you don't trade for your living why waste these forthcoming sunny Saturdays sat behind a PC especially if you've already had a full week at work. You'll have more than enough markets to play now night racing has started. Won't be long before we have 3 or 4 meetings a night and I've always thought they attract the mug money much like Saturday markets too.

Because people see these big traders getting big greens and automatically think they can repeat it even though they struggle every Saturday...

Less is more - stick to the days you feel most comfortable with

So looking forward to todays 5 cards and especially the return of Monday evening racing at Winsor later today.

For me its what marks the proper start of the flat/summer season :D
