I ended up on the wrong side of that but managed to recover to scrape £110 out of the market. Now going to put a fair bit of energy into the Derby.

They badly misjudged the pace there but fantastic ride all the same by McNamara!

After this morning's free money down under I feel I've really worked hard this afternoon for my beer money.

Love that line: there'd be silence even if there were 100,000 people in the stands. :)

An amazing run from Serpentine

Certainly much better than I managed to do pre-off, never really got into it

Have you slept in the last 24 hours? This is my little break before Belmont & beer, and I've still got a few hundred chips left for the morning. :D

Damn good jockeyship in the derby I would say and I would never call an AOB nag a pacemaker. Very memorable race imo. Scenarios like that will help me get into the sport more and more.

*A taken performance*

NEVER heard that expression used outside horse racing, inside horse horse racing it's now a standard cliche.

I quite enjoyed today but didn't get a record on the Derby. But a decent day overall.
