Yep , I don't mind the action coming thick and fast it's just the amount of hours that annoys me. It's hard, for me, to keep up that focus for 8 hours but on the other hand it's hard not to take advantage of the easy money to be made from the night racing especially if you've nothing planned for the night.

Cape Islay in the 8:05 Nottingham hit me, went from 5.5 to 7 in the blink of an eye just before the off, didn't see it playing up entering the stall so god knows why the layers came out in force.

The 'sensible' option would be to take the loss but as we all know, sometimes the move corrects itself and goes back to where it was previously.
Be interesting to see if there is any data out there that shows % of runners going back to the previous price after a spike.
