You jinxed it Derek ;) Having a poor day P/L wise myself... If I had a quid for every time I've ended up In-Play, I'd have another bank to blow!

Can't lose focus during any instances of new habits you're looking to form, or you slip into the old, comfortable behaviours

Focusing on the positives though. Catch you all in a few weeks ~~

How do you end up in play? I haven't done that for ages.

I don't even bother with Betfair live video - by the time I've got it going I've usually finished trading.

Just had a quick peek at the week ahead. Putting aside Champions day, Caulfield & Kensington Wednesday morning, Ipswich on Friday and then Caulfield & Randwick Saturday morning. :D
