On the wrong side of that spike at tramore that hurts, definately on the baked beans tonight
I was on the wrong end of a Tramore move, turning a nice green book into a small red.

Some persistent backing on Ryalex in the 16:55 made for a very easy trade

Was backed stupidly low ir as well when it had the lead to around 1.5 when still over half the race to go.

Feel like it been one of those up and down days and a bit difficult to get into a decent rhythm

The market just seems to want to go on mad rips without any pullbacks at the moment

I just love it when punters have no regard for value.

71% S/R today, lovely move on New Graduate will end the day for me today.

Good luck to all those trading the markets later on this evening.

No evening markets for me, had a good afternoon though looking back perhaps been a little too defensive at times and could of held a few positions longer than I did

What's a value spread on that?
You know betting is only about value, so you know that 'back to lay' means absolutely nothing.
Why give out 'info' you know is pointless?
