on the greyhound racing page clicked on the betangel link and it comes up with an app called betflow.

been making so many mistakes today, with being tired, you when you are trying too hard but you just keep on going thinking you know what you’re doing but you know you’re not. Seem to be doing the opposite what I should be doing today. May take a break from it tomorrow.

I'm just waiting for a scorching hot day so I can take a break and spend the afternoon and evening sitting in a pub garden and enjoy some sunshine.
