I had a tech glitch on the first which cost me dear. Ups stopped it being even worse. Our elecricity supply is shocking, 'scuse pun.

....just got back into profit on the 19:25.

Really happy with how the day went, slowly slowly catchee mon(k)ey.

I know results are a bit naff but this might serve as an example to new people (and me) about how life is sometimes... ;)
6 months ago that would have gone into freefall.
Not naff at all - on the contrary.

Thanks for posting this. I have a relatively small bank at the moment, and I'm doing well, but it's hard to stay motivated when you're winning £1, £ 2, etc.

Nice to see that some people actually make it work.

Cheers, 'enough to be interesting, but not so much it matters' is a very fine balancing act.

the 14:15 at Lingfield was I think the most stagnant market I've seen at that track, almost dozed off, don't have a scooby doo in the 15:25

Nothing stagnant about the early trading at Lingers.

I think you see the markets much more differently than me.. that's what make this fun, I'm finding drifters much more easier to pick up on these days

When I see graphs like that I begin to wonder if I could do better with a slow, calculated, early trading strategy rather than the crazy 5 minutes before the off.

I don't like getting in that early, have a method where I like to lie in wait & strike when my spidey sense kicks in

I know what you mean, I've tweaked my data capture to cover 2 hrs before post time so I can have a proper look. I'm using more disk space than google atm.

Anyone else finding today boring, or is it me? I think I might look at next week's tennis instead. Boredom=mistakes. Def not 'in the zone'.

I got every single trade wrong in the listed race.
Did anyone else have trouble in that market?
