Strange large stakes on the last at Chelt that 13k didn't get matched did it?
I just trade one race at a time sometimes starting after the previous race at that track starts, but I didn't fancy the big handicap hurdle so moved straight to the last.dragontrades wrote: ↑Sat Nov 18, 2017 3:55 pmNice! thats very early, how many races do you trade at a time? Or are you using guardian?
I believe Dallas or somebody else created a fat-finger servant; I have a feeling that that would work better well before the start where there's less money in the market to stop fat-fingers from moving the market 20 ticks.
Excuse the expression, but that totally fucked me over. Disappointed to end the day like that.dragontrades wrote: ↑Sat Nov 18, 2017 4:04 pmStrange large stakes on the last at Chelt that 13k didn't get matched did it?

As I have posted a few of these over the last year or so and I think one with this criteria has yet to lose.
We get a few of these over the winter on the AW which match the criteria. Few weeks a go it was Bath and Tennis.
7.15 Wolverhampton
Some very well bred horses running first time out. Again Jockey, trainer, owner and breeding distorts the markets.
Golden Filigree Sets a very high standard for first time out runners to beat.
The filly has been coming second in novice races... not sex specific races, today's race is a fillies race. GOLDEN FILIGREE been running week after week. had a little break showed its best performance last time out and back to running within a few weeks of each race. I think this filly should be rated in the early 80s not 75.
The best thing about these types of races... assuming horses run to form, if any un-raced horse wins this we know its likely to be very smart and certainly worth sticking in the tracker.
7/2 for this horse is just wrong. Way off the mark. 6/4 should be its price. Whether it gets gambled I have no idea currently but see some real value.

Ill be back with the next when I see it same types of races, priced incorrectly.
Which proves to me that so many name, jockey and trainer following punters are still in the markets.
Do you mean bf's 1000 bets per hour limitation or how much you can call listMarketBook command per second?Derek27 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 1:57 amThe most irritating thing about using fast refresh rates is that there's always some idiot putting in a £2 order and then cancelling it within a second, and then repeating the process. Now that the streaming API is in operation and Betfair no longer charge transaction fees, he's probably operating on 10ms so I keep seeing the £2 flashing on the ladder.
You can ignore that comment, ShaunWhite corrected me. I actually got confused with data request charges.napshnap wrote: ↑Sun Nov 19, 2017 10:07 amDo you mean bf's 1000 bets per hour limitation or how much you can call listMarketBook command per second?Derek27 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 1:57 amThe most irritating thing about using fast refresh rates is that there's always some idiot putting in a £2 order and then cancelling it within a second, and then repeating the process.
