Australian racing
Randwick is my number one course with an 89% success rate. Caulfield is number six and Ipswich No. 18 at just under 70%. So I'm not trading it tonight with the other two meetings but it's usually on midweek when things are quieter and then it's much more appealing.
When there's low-grade racing in the UK I'm happy to trade a race every ten minutes but when there's better racing on I much prefer 15-20 minutes between races, give myself more time to look at the market. Especially when some of the bigger meetings have more money flowing earlier than usual.
Sky Sports Radio coverage has been utterly dire today. Too busy playing recorded interviews from Randwick to bother giving live commentary of races. Driving me mad.
Just missed Belmont as playing a pre-record interview, then play a recording of Belmont and so miss the start of Gold Coast and join it halfway through then a gap when they could have played the interview and would have been able to give live commentary of the two races they missed!

I’m guessing you are not familiar with a shuttle stallion
I'm familiar with shuttle stallions, I just forgot Australia's in the southern hemisphere. It's been a long night.
I feel sorry for stallions that have to do double duties. American Pharoar was shipped downunder after his first season covering mares - you'd think they'd give the poor horse a rest!
Likewise but couldn't get any decent results from Caulfield. I always struggle with these Victoria tracks and the huge amounts being put up at the front of the field, seemingly by the one person given how the money enters and exits the market in single lumps.
I didn't do so well profit wise at Caulfield but it's a bit early in the season (it was 7 degrees), liquidity should pick up.
The large sums of money usually disappeared if you waited long enough, on occasions it started going the other way. I suspect one guy was trying to be a market maker and offering huge sums a few ticks apart.
