That was a hell of a drift, just absolutely no back support for it, I backed the other fave which steamed quite heavily

You should read that Alan CArr easy way t stop smoking book, Derek. I gave up after 30 odd years, plus he says don't give up til you finish the book and I dragged t out for months :)

As long as you're ready to give up it's not really that hard, worse days for me were 3-5 when your body's desperate for a cigarette, after that the physical cravings go away very quickly.

Thanks both. I think I'm over the worst of it - since day 2 I've been trading without thinking about cigarettes much. I've had to stop drinking as well obviously but that hasn't been as bad as I thought it would.

Well the manual side is still grind break even death thingy (30c down for the day after 21 markets) :? .Sigh..aah well a long way off trading 10k markets manually.Tough stuff this horse trading.trudging forward.Beer O Clock :D

Seems to be an army of scalping bots keeping prices steady - a refreshing change from the helter-skelter of UK markets.
