I always have to try and remember that is the case so I don't become to down hearted after getting up and feeling knackered. I once let it get to me and I ruined a perfectly good session but I was particularly tired that week which I should have been more aware of.
But saying that my best ever result on an Australia race came on the second race of a Saturday session, it was a thing of beauty.
Just had a run of excellent results which has taken me through Tuesday's total which I wasn't expecting today
