Yep ... my theory is that people who might have otherwise gone to the main metropolitan track, bet at the track and gotten merry are sitting at home, tapping away on their screen and whether it is betfair or corporates overall volume increases and corporate lay off here and there. Could be totally wrong, but that is my theory. The subtraction in the on course bookies and totes.

Yeah big $$ around today-staggering.I too hope it sticks around after quarantine(I am counting on people in UK getting used to the extra $$ that can be made here in Oz ) . Had a good day..one of those flashes of insight and doubled my usual profit despite buggering around with stop losses early on which cost me 2 larger reds than I would have liked, but it led to the insight so all good . ..yeah relative to my usual appetite .Was a big insight..suddenly saw something.There have been a couple of them lately that have stuck which is nice..one was while watching a market from 3 metres away out of the corner of my eye while lying on the couch .Very cool feeling to make a little progress.Will practice a bit more though before I get too excited ..baby steps compared to you lot

For me, today has turned in to what might be achieved out of a Spring Carnival feature day. Some very good and consistent results. Still, it is all a bit of a shock.
