Bf still up here but some odd delayed movement went on, on my machine, so I have bailed. 80% strike rate and $10 profit on $20 stakes. Good day :)

Means the TAB (tote) doesn't cover it so no odds on the race, basically like a p2p meeting

That feeling when you(come home from work) scalp 13 times on Ascot and profit on 12 of them   and then realise you forgot to turn on the video :o   :)
Edit: Biggest profit in one race ever (and too embarrassed to post it :D )..>>>Derek's anticipated response:" Hold my beer"
Edit2: Caught this one.Wow. Good night :)

That was a hell of a drift, just absolutely no back support for it, I backed the other fave which steamed quite heavily

I've given up smoking this week (third day today) and haven't felt like doing much in the early hours or staying up. :(

You should read that Alan CArr easy way t stop smoking book, Derek. I gave up after 30 odd years, plus he says don't give up til you finish the book and I dragged t out for months :)

As long as you're ready to give up it's not really that hard, worse days for me were 3-5 when your body's desperate for a cigarette, after that the physical cravings go away very quickly.

Thanks both. I think I'm over the worst of it - since day 2 I've been trading without thinking about cigarettes much. I've had to stop drinking as well obviously but that hasn't been as bad as I thought it would.
