Betfair changing settlement figures
Now we are in "Rule 4 season" we recently started to notice that Betfair are not settling markets correctly where a horse has been withdrawn. If you have been affected and have captured data before and after the withdrawal please send us the information so we can follow up with Betfair to look at the overall issue.

You would have thought they'd have had enough practice by now. Not good enough betfair.

I have captured my screen shot before and after two races today but I dont bother checking to see if they have done it right as I assume they do, so not sure if they have done it right or not 
Could be anything at this stage but we just noticed that when the market is settled the amounts coming in are lower than expected. We suspect a 'rounding' error or something but need more information before we can work it out and / or represent it to Betfair.

For future reference what info exactly do you need?
The bets placed, bet info number, the reduction factor on the horse before the off etc etc?
